Early praise for Mozart Symphonies

The new recording, Mozart Symphonies 38 - 41, from the Scottish Chamber Orchestra and Sir Charles Mackerras, has already received a wonderful reaction from the press. The Guardian stated: "these are the finest versions of Mozart's greatest symphonies to have appeared on disc in years", therefore awarding the recording five stars. In addition to this, The Sunday Times deemed it Classical CD of the Week, further awarding it five stars and commenting "I don't know more enthralling accounts of the G minor and the Jupiter on disc.
